The course we take is customizable, suited to you, and always made accessible - no rigid shapes here. Meets are often infused with collaborative conversation at first, mixing in small bouts of practice before transitioning to sessions with an emphasis on pranayama and meditation as you’re led in real time. Leave it to a lifestyle coach and meditation teacher to help you drop into presence in a way you haven't in a long time.

A centering practice is designed with this in mind. To bring our whole selves to our work and the populations we serve requires careful handling of a precious resource: our attention.
In fact, studies point to 2 major reasons why any one person decides to take up a meditation practice. The first reason is not surprisingly, to manage STRESS. The second? To regain FOCUS.
In skillful pause, we can knit the pieces of fragmented attention back together with potential to restore focus, productivity and most importantly, our vitality.
