From my lens as a coach and teacher, it’s the skill set we carry to move through life that makes or breaks our experience. In the practice of yoga lies a tremendous opportunity to develop the strength, breath, awareness, connection and coordination of it all to move through the ups and downs of life. A blended movement recharge for you and your team
If your day begins with the tank half full and by lunch your nervous system is on the fritz, reset at the end of the day with an opportunity to recharge and protect. A movement practice is designed with this in mind. To bring our whole selves to our work and the populations we serve requires careful handling of our own self-care.
In skillful movement and pause, we can knit the pieces of fragmented attention back together with potential to restore focus, productivity and most importantly, our vitality.
Yoga as a means of moving mindfully targets the whole-person. More than a physical practice, moving the body creates a shift much like a kaleidoscope in related parts of us: our mind, emotions, and sense of connection.
