Lifestyle coaching (a blend of life coaching and health coaching) does conversation on bodies, stress and feeling good, better. In down-to-earth dialogue, we shift smarter, not harder, for deep, daily self-support.

Equity Rate
$107
An equity rate is available for those experiencing financial hardship or with a marginalized identity. All services are discounted by 25%. Please choose this option as it applies.

Standard Rate
$145
This is the 'true price' of services and serves as the standard cost. For those who have sufficient resources, please choose this rate.
