​Typically offered midday and midweek, tune-in for an immersive blend of movement and nervous system support suitable for office settings, seated participation and professional-wear. Purely experiential, camera on or off -- all can participate to the degree desired.

Add on one-on-one coaching support for those who can use extra support in life and health. A set number of 45-minute coaching sessions are made available on a first-come, first-serve basis each month.​

Coaching is excellent support for chronic pain, chronic conditions, getting unstuck, shifting stress and setting new goals and visions into motion.

Yoga as a means of moving mindfully targets the whole-person. More than a physical practice, moving the body creates a shift much like a kaleidoscope in related parts of us: our mind, emotions, and sense of connection. ​
