Workplace Wellness Programs

Support your employees with practical, evidence-informed wellness experiences that help them manage stress, restore focus, and apply self-care in real life.

What Makes This Approach Different

A responsible wellness program should help employees feel supported without adding one more obligation to their day. Elise’s work centers on skillful pause, practical self-care, and accessible mind-body tools that employees can apply in real time. Instead of asking people to perform and recite wellness, these programs help them build the awareness, agency, and routines that make well-being easier to return to.

Wellness Webinars

Evidence-informed and down-to-earth, these 30-minute presentations are designed to make self-care more accessible. Topics go beyond generic wellness advice and focus on practical tools employees can understand, personalize, and use in daily life.

On-Demand Content Library

Guided meditations and gentle movement practices anytime, anywhere. With a focus on shorter practices under 10 minutes, this resource recognizes that most have just a few minutes to focus on themselves before returning to family, friends and work.

1:1 Coaching Support

For employees who could use more individualized support, organizations can add a set number of 45-minute coaching sessions each month. Coaching can support stress, chronic pain, chronic conditions, life transitions, goal setting, self-care routines, and getting unstuck.

Virtual Mind-Body Meets

Typically offered midday and midweek, these sessions blend mindful movement, breathwork, nervous system support, and guided awareness. They are suitable for office settings, seated participation, professional clothing, and camera-on or camera-off attendance.

Yoga Onsite

An in-person yoga class gives employees an all-levels movement experience focused on breath, awareness, mobility, and steadiness. Sessions are available at your workplace or a local studio location of your choice.
